Before engagement

All persons intended to be engaged in manufacturing have to undergo a complete medical examination to ensure that they are free from all infectious and communicable diseases. The following cares are exercised. Should not have any physical or apparent defect. Is of normal, mental health. Care to be exercised to know whether a smoker or otherwise. Wearing glasses or otherwise.

After Engagement

The following precautions are required to be taken after the engagement of the employee. Initial medical examination comprising X-Ray of all the Blood Tests, in particular Blood Picture, HIV, Eye Optometry/ Reflection Tests, Urine Test etc. Application of Medical Examination program is implemented through Social Security Institution Hospitals Lahore or Social Security Dispensary Govt. of Punjab and Gulab Devi Hospital Lahore. The dispensary comprises a doctor, lady doctor, dispenser, lady health visitor & other staff. Social Security Card/ registration is only issued by the concerned Govt.Department. PDH Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd contributes to each employee on a monthly basis for availing the facilities offered by Punjabm Social Security. Employees visit the S.S. Dispensary for any medical complaint and get the treatment offered by them. If there is not any recovery from illness then the patient is referred to Social Security Hospital Lahore for further investigation and treatment etc. Additional medical tests/checkups of all employees are also done on a yearly basis & records related to test reports are also maintained
accordingly.
